Shipping Policy & FAQ

Here is some info about the shop and shipping! Please contact me if you have any other issues or queries and I'll be happy to help 

  • Do you deliver worldwide?
    - Yes!

  • What UK postage options do you have?
    - Royal Mail 1st Class = £2.50
    - Royal Mail Tracked 24hr = £4.25

  • What worldwide postage options do you have?
    - Standard Shipping = £5.75
    - Tracked Shipping = £10.50

  • How long will my package take to arrive?
    -Most UK packages arrive next working-day or the day after, depending on which delivery option you selected. International post takes between 5-14 working days for Europe and 10-21 working days for the rest of the world. If your order is taking longer than this to arrive, this may be due to the COVID pandemic. Please wait up to 2 months before contacting me about your order. Please choose the tracked option if you would like peace of mind about your order, as it is out of my hands once with the shipping provider.

  • I'm based in the EU, will I get a customs charge?
    -Unfortunately, with the changes occurring on July 1st 2021, all orders sent to the EU will be subject to a customs charge. If you are ordering from the EU please consider using my Etsy shop instead, as this new tax is handled through them and should not incur a charge.
    Please note I am not responsible for the payment of these customs charges if incurred.

  • How long is your dispatch time?
    -Packages take 1-7 days to dispatch. I pack orders every Monday. You'll receive an email notification when it's shipped + plus a shipping code if applicable.

  • Where do you ship from?
    -I ship from my little home studio in the UK. 

  • There's a problem with my order?
    -Oh no! Please contact me and we'll get this sorted right away!


  • Do you accept returns/refunds?
    -As I'm a very small business, all sales are final and I will not be able to offer a refund, however in some cases I may be able to offer a replacement. Items that are damaged in transit cannot be  refunded or replaced and if your package is lost in the mail and you haven't selected a 'tracked' option then I will be unable to find your items. However, if your package does get lost please contact the postal service in your country as they may be able to reimburse you.

  • Can I order if I'm based in Germany?
    - You can! However, please order using my Etsy, so you can avoid a possible customs charge.
